Collaborano nella gestione dell’Università degli Studi di Salerno diversi organi di rappresentanza che, affinché ricevano il giusto feedback da parte delle varie componenti universitarie, necessitano di strumenti per avere con queste un confronto costante, chiaro e trasparente. Quale modo migliore di essere trasparenti, se non quello di informare i diretti interessati, mediante un’accurata documentazione, circa tutte le decisioni che li coinvolgono? È quanto dovrebbe fare, ad esempio, il Consiglio degli Studenti, ma la lista di verbali consultabili sul sito web d’ateneo, relativi alle varie sedute, si interrompe drasticamente il 24 febbraio 2016, lasciando evidente un inspiegabile vuoto nella documentazione che riguarda tutto l’anno appena trascorso e che dovrebbe chiaramente essere colmato. Ma a chi spetta questa responsabilità?
Il Consiglio degli Studenti si riunisce con una certa regolarità in un’assemblea, durante la quale viene stilato un dettagliato verbale che deve essere poi approvato da ogni membro del Consiglio e che, solo in seguito all’approvazione (quindi nelle sedute successive) può essere pubblicato online. Ovviamente, nel caso in cui il verbale non venisse approvato o necessitasse di correzioni, andrebbe riscritto e ciò comporterebbe un ritardo nella sua pubblicazione, che comunque non giustificherebbe l’assenza dei documenti per più di un anno. Sappiamo con certezza che non vi sono intermediari tecnici, per cui la pubblicazione è il frutto di una collaborazione tra Presidente e Segretario e che quindi le cause di questa leggerezza sono da ricercare all’interno del Consiglio stesso. Sappiamo anche che la segreteria del Consiglio ha subito uno “scombussolamento” in quanto il segretario Guerino Bruzzese ha rassegnato le dimissioni nell’ottobre 2016, succedendogli nella carica Andrea Romei. Vien da sé però che la negligenza è antecedente a tale passaggio e che quindi non è imputabile ad esso l’assenza dei verbali sul sito. Dunque qui le domande sorgono spontanee: è possibile che chi di dovere abbia dimenticato per un così lungo arco di tempo di renderci partecipi di quanto deciso? E quanto è grave che tra gli studenti nessuno abbia rivendicato i verbali? Un Consiglio degli Studenti poco trasparente per un corpo studentesco poco interessato. Tutte ottime premesse per il suo attesissimo rinnovo.
